The 5th edition of the ISGC (International Symposium on Green Chemistry) takes place on May 13-17, 2019 in La Rochelle.
On Tuesday 14 May 2019 from 16h30, room 5, Laurie Verzeaux (scientific communication project leader, SILAB) holds a conference entitled “Eco-design technology to develop a natural interpenetrating biopolymer network (IBPN) with outstanding properties”.
SILAB will also be at the 5th PolyNat fair which takes place on May 14-15, 2019 in Grenoble.
On Tuesday 14 May at 17h30, Michel Dana (new technologies platform manager) will be there to present the topic “IBPN technology®: a breakthrough innovation for natural second skin applications”.
During these two events, SILAB company will put the spotlight on the IBPN technology®, interpenetrating network of two biopolymers creating a tight and dense mesh that provides outstanding biomechanical properties and film-forming capacities superior to those obtained with a simple mixture of biopolymers. This results in a “second skin” film that is resistant, flexible and non-occlusive (FILMEXEL®).
IBPN technology® opens the door to new applications for biopolymers in cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic markets that are constantly seeking efficacy, innovation and naturality.
