自噬

皮肤细胞的“循环利用”

从排毒到长寿

自噬过程,是将正常工作受到干扰的细胞变废为宝的过程。因此,它是一种强大的细胞解毒机制。这种动态天然的关键系统能循环利用皮肤细胞,减少过早老化迹象,从而保持皮肤整体的内稳态。

SILAB,皮肤自噬的先驱

早在2006年,SILAB在健康的原代人类皮肤细胞上进行基础研究时,首次发现皮肤中存在自噬过程。这项研究是与著名的研究团队合作进行的。活性物CELLDETOX®就是在充分理解自噬内部运作过程后诞生的。

靶向自噬过程:线粒体自噬

线粒体自噬是针对线粒体的自噬系统。虽较晚被发现,能通过提前清除严重受损的线粒体,对限制应力传递起到了重要的保护作用(见ALGOPHAGYL®)。

SILAB对皮肤自噬和线粒体自噬的发现,已获得5 个专利,发表2 篇论文并进行了9 次国际科学交流。
