SILAB keeps improving in the area of CSR: for the fifth consecutive year, the company has achieved an EcoVadis score higher than the previous year. This rating confirms its position among the top 1% of the world’s highest-rated companies in terms of social and environmental performance in global supply chains.
In addition, SILAB retains the highest distinction - namely, the “leader” ranking - in terms of “carbon score” (assessing companies’ greenhouse gas management system performance).
Jean-Philippe Cosson, General Manager in charge of CSR at SILAB, comments: “At SILAB, we have anchored CSR into our values and our DNA. Thus, for more than 40 years, SILAB has been committed and has been leading concrete initiatives contributing to this strategy. As proof of this, just a few weeks ago, we launched our Actively Caring 2030 program, a true sustainable improvement plan for the next five years. This new EcoVadis Platinum rating reinforces our increasingly committed approach to social responsibility, with respect for people and the environment.”
