March 8, International Women's Day, is a symbolic opportunity to highlight the company's commitments to women and their rights. This issue is an integral part of SILAB's long-standing values, especially since 56% of the company's collaborators are women.
Remuneration, access to promotions, combating sexist behavior, work-life balance, breaking down gender stereotypes, and more are just some of the actions that have been implemented. The gender equality index, created by the Ministry of Labor and Solidarity, attests to these commitments: for the second consecutive year, we have obtained a score of 99/100.
